Welcome to the Fait Enterprises, Inc. website. We currently have two unique real estate developments in the Las Vegas near the intersection of South Eastern Ave. and Wigwam Ave. In today's market, most tract homes have poorly designed layouts and outrageously priced amenities. Accordingly, Steve & Dick Fait set out to build distinct homes from top to bottom. Each carefully designed house is lavishly outfitted with granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf six-burner gas cook tops, Wolf double ovens, solid core doors and custom cabinetry throughout. The sale price for each home includes the amenities listed here and more.

Del sud Villaggio (top right) consists of five two-story homes, each with a third floor loft and a three-car garage on nearly half acre lots. This gated community boasts a Tuscan theme with the homes ranging from 4,000 to nearly 4,700 hundred square feet of livable space.

Our second, recently completed, development (left) is comprised of three single story homes ranging from 3,200 to nearly 3,800 square feet of livable space. Each home is situated on properties over a third of an acre in size and possess a three car garage. Two homes have second floor lofts.

Planned by Matthew Klinkenborg, president of At Home, Inc. and built by James H. Abell, Inc. (contractor license 39421, class B/2), the construction on these homes is currently underway and almost finished for the Del sud Villaggio projection and is complete for Mattson Estates. All homes are subject to prior sale, so the discerning buyer will have to act quickly to take advantage of these special homes.
